Nitrate Removal + SMART Filter Cartridge
Couldn't load pickup availability
These cartridges contain a combination of special nitrate-selective resin, Eagle Redox Alloy® 6500, Eagle Redox Alloy® 9500, and Coconut Shell GAC media. Nitrate reduction is 90% to 95% and breakthrough is not affected by sulfate levels. The cartridges can be regenerated using sodium chloride brine.

Construction Materials | Operating Specifications |
|
• Minimum Operating Pressure: 20 psi (1.4 bar) |
• Polypropylene End Caps | • Maximum Operating Pressure: 60 psi (4.1 bar) |
• Polyolefin Inner/Outer Wraps | • Minimum Operating Temperature: 40° F (4° C) |
• Polyethylene Netting | • Maximum Operating Temperature: 90° F (32° C) |
*Capacity is an estimate only and is dependent on influent water contaminants and filter usage.
*Cartridge color is subject to change without notice.
Important Note: The cartridge(s) in this system require manual salinity regeneration. The media must be recharged in order to maintain optimum performance. If the media is not regenerated, then the media will exhaust and result in a permeate of 0. The cycle of regeneration will vary based on the influent level of contaminants. The regeneration process should be done every 20 to 30 days depending on level of nitrate
