Coconut Based 5-Micron Carbon Block Filter Cartridge
Crystal Quest® 5-Micron Carbon Block Cartridges are manufactured from an acid-washed coconut-carbon based formulation. Better tasting water is produced as carbon is used to its maximum advantage in minimizing pH levels while maintaining a low-pressure drop.

Been using these for years
Happy with them as usual
Excellent products and service
Product was delivered as described.
I installed the carbon filter because the taste of my water was becoming more chemical and this filter illuminated that problem and it tastes better than even my pure water filter pitcher
Great product and Customer Service
I purchased this replacement filter for my Crystal Quest Trio system (along with Fluoride Removal Cartridge and the SMART plus). Ordering was easy and I took the opportunity to also get a discount, which was advertised. Finding the appropriate items for my particular system was a bit frustrating - it's not as straight forward as it should be. However, the order arrived on time, and all items were nicely packaged. The only feedback I have, which I already emailed to customer service, is that the directions for clockwise/counter-clockwise removal were incorrect - it was the opposite of what is listed on the cartridge. Once I figured this out on my own - removal, replacement, and install was easy peasy. One additional comment - it says to contact the website for recycling. In fact, I did, and was told that the cartridges can be recycled with my regular recycling. I think better instructions can be added to lessen customer service contact volume. Thanks for the product!
