Crystal Quest Original Equipment Manufacturing

In developing new OEM products, CRYSTAL QUEST® will work with the OEM partners through four or five phases:

Phase 1: Evaluation

CRYSTAL QUEST® and the OEM customers develop a detailed understanding of the product requirements. CRYSTAL QUEST® then evaluates the business opportunity and technical feasibility.

Phase 2: Development and Prototype

CRYSTAL QUEST® works to achieve the required performance goals and to demonstrate and deliver a small number of prototype products in a relatively short time.

Phase 3: Pilot Production

CRYSTAL QUEST® resolves manufacturing issues, pursues opportunities for cost reduction, and scales up for production. Final qualification of the product design will occur. Additional testing protocols will be developed to address the quality and reliability as well during this phase.

Phase 4: Full Production

CRYSTAL QUEST® establishes the final manufacturing process and brings the new product into full volume production.

Phase 5: Packaging, and Print Marketing

CRYSTAL QUEST® has resources to fully develop complete promotional material, brochures, color boxes and other necessary marketing and sales materials.
