Order by 3:00 PM Eastern on a business day and most filters, cartridges and smaller items leave our facility that same day. Standard residential systems ship within 1 to 2 business days, and whole house, custom and specialty systems typically within 3. So far in 2026, 95% of our orders have shipped within one business day and 99% within five (based on an internal review of our order records).

Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives in 3 days to the Southeast, Northeast and Southwest, and in 4 days to the Midwest and the West. Need it sooner? UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at checkout for eligible products. Systems that ship by freight can take longer and may need a delivery appointment.

Ships by freight truck. Liftgate, inside delivery or limited-access delivery are billed separately if needed.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when:

• The item is new and unused, in its original packaging, with no damaged or missing parts.
• You ask us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send it back.
• You pay for return shipping. Shipping, handling and restocking fees apply.

Filter cartridges, membranes, reverse osmosis systems, custom or special orders and commercial products cannot be returned.

If this system does not perform, the guarantee applies when all of these are true:

• Our team has recommended this system for your water.
• It is installed as recommended and has been running for 1 to 3 months before the test.
• An independent third-party lab test, at your expense, confirms the system is not removing the contaminants it was recommended for.
• Crystal Quest has had a fair, good faith chance to fully assess, troubleshoot and repair the system if needed.
• The system has not been abused, damaged or neglected.

If the results show a lack of performance, we review the report and the installation and recommend changes, made at your expense. If those attempts do not succeed, the order is eligible for return and refund under our refund policy, with shipping and handling deducted.
