Specialized Shipping
Crystal Quest provides exceptional methods of shipping to guarantee the safety and security of your purchase. Order by 3:00 PM Eastern on a business day and most orders leave our facility that same day. So far in 2026, 95% of our orders have shipped within one business day and 99% within five (based on an internal review of our order records), and standard delivery typically arrives in 3 to 4 days, depending on where you live.
Free shipping on orders over $150
Orders of $150 or more ship free to residential addresses in the lower 48 United States. A few items and destinations are excluded.
What qualifies
- Delivery to a residential address in the lower 48 United States.
- Residential water filtration products: whole house systems, reverse osmosis systems, under sink and countertop filters, shower and bath filters, pitchers, replacement cartridges and membranes, parts and water test kits.
- An order total of $150 or more.
Exclusions
- Delivery to a business address.
- Commercial and industrial systems, which ship by freight.
- Filter media sold by the bag or cubic foot, due to its weight and the additional costs that come with shipping it.
- Deliveries outside the lower 48 United States.
Orders that are excluded, and orders under $150, show their shipping cost at checkout before you pay. Faster delivery, such as UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Liability
Circumstances Beyond Our Control: Crystal Quest is not liable if a shipment is lost, misdelivered, damaged, or delayed as a result of circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Theft of goods / porch pirating
- Damage or loss of goods due to carrier misconduct or natural disaster
We recommend including delivery insurance with your purchase.
Freight Shipping
Freight shipping is required for large items both international and domestic. Freight shipping is required for all large item non-residential purchases due to the weight and size of our large commercial systems and to also guarantee the security and protection of the water system with specialized and custom packaging.
Large residential systems that ship by freight truck still qualify for free shipping. Carrier services such as liftgate, inside delivery, limited access delivery, re-delivery and special handling are not included unless arranged in advance, and may carry additional fees. Remote or hard to reach locations may also carry additional fees.

If you require advanced shipping methods for special projects and customized manufacturing, please contact a Crystal Quest Specialist to determine appropriate shipping methods. We will manufacture custom shipping containers or crates to guarantee the highest protection for your system.
