C Cartridge: 3-Stage Cartridge with 2 types of Granulated Activated Carbon. Learn more about GAC here

M Cartridge: 6-Stage Cartridge that uses our SMART Multimedia technology with 2 types of Granulated Activated Carbon to reduce contaminants such as heavy metals, i.e. lead & mercury, chlorine, chloromine, & inorganic products such as herbicides, pesticides, petroleum/pharmaceutical by-products to achieve a balanced pH along with our 2 house medias, Eagle® Redox Alloy 9500 & 6500 to prevent bacteria growth. Read more about our Eagle Redox Alloy® Oxidation/Reduction process

UF: Ultrafiltration refers to a fine membrane (.02 micron) partially addresses micro-organisms without wastewater to lower the Total Suspended Solids. Ultrafiltration acts as the pre-treatment for the next stage of the even finer RO Treatment.

RO: Reverse Osmosis is a water purification technology that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove larger particles & an array of contaminants. Similar to UF, although RO uses a different membrane. The initial UF membrane is to help reduce the amount of Total Suspended Solids before the RO Treatment so less strain is put on the RO membrane. Read more about the membrane HERE.

*Faucet: Simply install the Reverse Osmosis system under your kitchen or bathroom sink and run the faucet mount through an existing opening (i.e. from a soap dispenser) or create a new channel. Water will flow from your water line, through the Crystal Quest® Reverse Osmosis System, to the new faucet for fresh, contaminant-free water straight from your sink.

System includes a 4 gallon, white-painted steel pressurized holding tank with a BPA-free polypropylene inner liner with a 3.2 gallon capacity.
