Water Travels Through 4 Stages

Stage 1 & 2 - Water will go through a special blend of natural minerals and infrared balls.
Stage 3 & 4 - Water will then go through a special blend of natural carbonate media which will alkalize/ionize and mineralize the water and raise the pH level of your water. This process will reduce acidity in the body and will produce natural calcium, magnesium, and potassium ions that can be absorbed 100% in the human body.

Whole House Water Enhancers & Neutralizers

Recommended to enhance pH & alkalinity in low PH and/or acidic water

Acidity (Low PH)

Water with a low pH can be acidic, soft, and corrosive. Acidic waters are often used for drinking & household use because they are odorless and almost tasteless, however, they are low in buffering calcium minerals and contain dissolved carbon-dioxide gas, which can cause a low pH and acid condition in the body. Signs of acid water are corrosion of fixtures, pinhole leaks in plumbing, and blue staining (from copper pipes) or rust staining (from iron pipes). This water can leach metals such as copper, iron, lead, manganese, and zinc. It not only causes damage to hardware, but causes other problems like the taste (such as a metallic or sour taste), and aesthetic (such as laundry staining). Acidity cannot be removed completely from water, however, it can be neutralized by raising the pH with alkalinity. Treat the problem of acidic, low pH drinking water with a neutralizer.

Alkalinity (High pH)

Alkalinity is a measure of the capacity of water to neutralize acids. Alkalinity is primarily due to the presence of bicarbonate, carbonate, and hydroxide ions. Alkalinity acts as a pH buffer to deactivate acidity. Water with a high alkalinity may have an offensive taste. These filters are tanks filled with a media blend of calcium and magnesium carbonates made from naturally occurring minerals. This media slowly dissolves into the water, raising the pH and making it less corrosive. One of the most important benefits of alkaline water (besides increasing the pH) is that it lowers Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP).

* The pH of your drinking water reflects how acidic it is. pH stands for ‘potential hydrogen’, referring to the amount of hydrogen mixed with the water.

Great product instructions could be improved

Purchased this product due to high level of iron in our system. The purchase was easy and delivery was fast (even over a holiday weekend). The team also gave us the discount for a sale that started the day after we ordered our product when we asked. Installation was the only challenging part. The instructions are only provided online (none came with the product) and they are not very detailed. We had to do some additional research to ensure we were going to install they system correctly. Have to do a final water test to ensure the product has improved our water as planned, but we can already see an improvement in the water before the water test.

finally working well

First "plumber" installation was an expensive nightmare, done incorrectly. Once it was done correctly by another company, it has worked well, and dropped arsenic from 86ppb to 3ppb.

Great Whole Home Filter System

I have had the system in full operation for 4 days now and am really enjoying it. I originally ordered everything the 7th of February and was told to expect 10-14 days for arrival. It arrived in less that 5 days and my wife had to move the heavy boxes on her own :-(. When I got home from my trip, I opened everything and discovered that the up-flow valve for the tankless softener was missing from the shipment so I had to call and get it sent to me. That meant canceling the plumber install and postponing until the valve arrived. A week later, the plumber was able to come and provide an estimate. Fast forward another week and installation begins but discovered that my water pressure was at 120 psi. System remained in by-pass for another week until the plumber could order and install the pressure reducer and on 11 March, finally in full operation! The first day after install the water tasted a bit funny but now everything is great and we are enjoying the system very much. Thank you Cyrstal Quest for working through the process and getting me all the help and assistance needed.
