i didn't offer this...you asked for it. i bet you don't post it. hold time on the phone is ridiculous...and then, once CS answers, they don't know anything, and have to ask (more hold time). even worse, the company is not customer friendly and definitely does not think out of the box to help. i called to purchase some tubing to daisy-chain their filter to another brand filter. they couldn't even tell me what type of tubing they used, and even it was food grade or not, except that is was 'polypropylene', and then they were reluctant to refund me for the wrong size tubing they sent previously. eventually, they did however. bottom line to me is, poor customer consideration, poor customer service, lack of knowledge about their own products, and reluctance to absorb any costs. on a good note, the CS person i talked to was friendly (not knowledgeable), and the shipping person i was passed on to was helpful.
Tom, I'm sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with our services and ability to assist you with your issue. However, I'm glad to hear that you received your refund as you wanted. Additionally, polypropylene IS a food grade plastic that is safe and approved for food contact.
