Free shipping on residential orders over $150 within the lower 48 US states.

Filters, cartridges and other small items often ship within 1 business day when ordered before the carrier pickup cutoff, typically around 2:00 PM Eastern. Standard residential systems are often processed within 1 to 2 business days. Whole house, custom and specialty systems are typically processed within 3 business days, and generally no more than 5.

Standard shipping typically delivers within 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. Large systems that ship by freight can take longer and may need a delivery appointment. Expedited 1-day and 2-day shipping is available for eligible products.

How long does shipping take?
30-day returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when:

  • The item is new and unused, in its original packaging, with no damaged or missing parts.
  • You ask us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send it back.
  • You pay for return shipping. Shipping, handling and restocking fees apply.

Filter cartridges, membranes, reverse osmosis systems, custom or special orders and commercial products cannot be returned.

Recommended Leak Detector/Flood-Prevention Valve : Due to numerous unpredictable circumstances including installation errors, flood damage is subject to occur without a leak-detector valve. Our recommended leak detector/flood-prevention valve will allow the water system to be flood-proof.

Alkalizing Single Under Sink Water Filter System increases alkalinity by enhancing your pH. The perfect solution for any household, it is quick and easy to install and use, attractive, & convenient. 

  • Water travels through an Alkalizing cartridge increasing the pH to alkaline using a media blend of calcium and magnesium carbonates made from naturally occurring minerals. This media slowly dissolves into the water, raising the pH and making it less corrosive. One of the most important benefits of alkaline water (besides increasing the pH) is that it lowers Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP).

  • Installs neatly under the sink. Comes with an attractive faucet and all necessary installation hardware.
  • Conveniently provides 10,000 gallons of water. (1-3 years, or when the flow of water will automatically either stop or slow down greatly.)** Great for homes, apartments or office use. 

  •  Water flows through our SMART special house blend of 2 types of coconut-shell GAC (including Catalytic) with 2 types of Eagle Redox Alloys® (9500 & 6500) & anion exchange resin. This blend effectively reduces & removes heavy metals, chlorine & chloramine, pesticides & herbicides, pharmaceutical by-products & other inorganic substances such as petroleum byproducts.   • Please note: When considering installation, if current under sink plumbing is hard copper tubing the saddle valve would be used; for flex tubing the T-valve would be required.
