Standard residential systems ship within 1 to 2 business days, and whole house, custom and specialty systems typically within 3. So far in 2026, 95% of our orders have shipped within one business day and 99% within five (based on an internal review of our order records).

Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives in 3 days to the Southeast, Northeast and Southwest, and in 4 days to the Midwest and the West. Need it sooner? UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at checkout for eligible products. Systems that ship by freight can take longer and may need a delivery appointment.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when:

  • The item is new and unused, in its original packaging, with no damaged or missing parts.
  • You ask us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send it back.
  • You pay for return shipping. Shipping, handling and restocking fees apply.

Filter cartridges, membranes, reverse osmosis systems, custom or special orders and commercial products cannot be returned.

Product Benefits

AF - 300 is a highly effective anti-foulant, specifically formulated for feedwater with the highest levels of metal oxides, silica, and scale-forming minerals. It is effective over a wide range of concentrations and does not flocculate dissolved polymers such as residual coagulants, iron, or aluminum-rich silica. The use of this product is recommended for reducing the operating and capital costs of reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, and ultrafiltration systems. inhibits polymerization of reactive silica and disperses colloidal silica.

• Inhibits coagulation and deposition of organic and inorganic colloidal particles.
• Reduces the requirement for membrane cleaning by decreasing the rate of membrane fouling.
• Effectively reduces membrane fouling when processing waters with high SDI values.
• Certified under ANSI/NSF standard 60 for drinking water production.
• Eliminates the need for additional expensive pretreatment equipment and chemicals to control feedwater with high SDI values.
