I purchased the Smart Whole House system. It’s been online for 6-months and so far good. However my UV light was not shipped with the original order due to it being back ordered. Consequently my plumber installed my system without the UV light and I had to have him return when the UV light came in. That cost me extra $$. I requested CQ make good on this additional cost I incurred and they did but sending me 4-filters for free. Therefore, I will do business with them again because they showed me their integrity by doing the right thing after not advising me of the backorder.
